Customers have a period of 10 days from the date of receiving the product to express their interest in exchanging. After this 10-day period, it is understood that the customer has chosen to keep the product.
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not exchange hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, for your safety, we do not return or exchange underwear, bras, lingeries, bikinis and others products of the same nature.
